Monday, June 4, 2012. My first post back after a long hiatus. Inspired by pintrest. Forgive me for the low quality pictures. Roasted Broccoli. Easy Peasy. You can do it too. Cut up a couple heads of Broccoli. Douse with Olive Oil. Minced Garlic - Costco cheater version. Coarse Salt and Pepper to taste. Roast in the oven on a flat pan for 20 minutes at 400F. Serve it with Vinegar. Don't ask questions, just do it. Serve with Perogies and Sausage for the WIN! Wednesday, August 24, 2011. 1 quart Whole Milk.
