Monday, June 4, 2012. My first post back after a long hiatus. Inspired by pintrest. Forgive me for the low quality pictures. Roasted Broccoli. Easy Peasy. You can do it too. Cut up a couple heads of Broccoli. Douse with Olive Oil. Minced Garlic - Costco cheater version. Coarse Salt and Pepper to taste. Roast in the oven on a flat pan for 20 minutes at 400F.
