Monday, April 22, 2013. Monday-4 miles. Ran easy before the marathon. Could have gotten more if i'd gotten started earlier. Thursday- easy 4 AM, Easy 3 PM Nice easy runs. Ran with my neighbor for the afternoon run, his knee is feeling better, but he was happy to hear I was only planning 3 miles. Saturday- 13 miles at 6 AM. Scott's Idea to get miles in while still fatigued from the 5k 12 hours ago. It worked, I was wrecked afterwards. Week Total- 52 miles! May 1, 2013 at 7:05 PM. Youll be back in no time.

Saturday: Off day (built a shed in Massachusetts) - felt like shit. Sunday: 5 miles. 5k race in Leominster: 15:30 for feeling like poop. Previous week (post long run). May 4th - May 11th: 71 miles. Monday: 8.5 miles (We Run The Capital Run). Tuesday: 7 miles (46:39). Thursday: 10 miles (5 and 5). Friday: 9 miles total.

Chasing times and enjoying every minute of it. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. February 16th - 22nd: 67 total miles with a solid 10 mile road race in Amherst, MA. A free toolkit (provided by my mom’s old work) was all I had sitting in my trunk to change out the old battery. Somehow, we succesfully changed the battery (a couple indoor breaks to prevent any frostbite and regain feeling back in the fingertips) and my baby started right up.
