For the tank I initially wanted to make six sticks of dynamite but I found that when I was designing it it proved very difficult to make with the sharp grooves, and Donal advised me to go a different route. In order to ensure the Mudgaurds were held efficiently, I created 3 Similar Brackets from 30mm x 3mm Flat Mild Steel Bar. This would Allow me to support the brass from the inside and not be seen. At first I was going to use Mild Steel and spray them white, but with the advice from the Lab assistants, I decided to use 2mm Brass instead. In order to ensure both Curves were exactly the same, I used two rules as my depth and Produced the curve from there. This made sure that I was able to keep the side panels the exact same.

If I was to do this project again I think I would have be more productive with my time because towards the end I had a number of ideas that would improve my bike but because I was so short on time I was unable to complete them. Just another WordPress.com site. A hole was drilled in the crossbar. I made a small bracket for the mudguard so that it could be riveted well to the frame using the pop-rivet gun. It was sprayed yellow first and when dry orange was added and when that was died the laquer was sprayed on. The stickers were printed and then I decided to cut out the stickers because i didn’t want the white background. The sticker on the tank shows a Maori Tribal face tattoo. Front Light and Lithopane.
