Lazy Ass Way To Plant Potatoes - Rose Finn Apple Potatoes - This Garden Is Illegal

http://www.thisgardenisillegal.com/2013/04/rose-finn-apple.html

What Kind of Flower Are You? Lazy Ass Way To Plant Potatoes – Rose Finn Apple Potatoes. April 20, 2013. My Rose Finn Apple potatoes. Finally came in the mail. I was a bit perplexed by the name. It is a mouthful to say so I hope that whoever Rose Finn is, she was worth it. I know it is a fingerling potato, that is portrayed in some pictures as having pinkish flesh. But when I cut mine up, it was a creamy light yellow inside. This is my first foray into heirloom potatoes. Another year they were taken by rot.

Growing Eden

Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Last week we tried our hand at Portuguese food, which not many people have tried. We opted to make the signature Portuguese soup-Caldo Verde, which really just means "green soup". From the looks of it, being packed full of nutritious kale, it sure fits it's name! Of course, we served the soup with a lot of crusty bread. It's not a Portuguese meal without bread! We also enjoyed a bean salad with tuna, or Salada de Feijao Frade com Atum that really pleases the Portuguese at home.

The Journey from a Single Woman to a Wife and Mother. Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Sing and Make Music. I want to be as the Psalmist was:. My heart, O God, is steadfast, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music. Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaching to the skies. Sunday, March 8, 2015. A Growing Family | We are constantly exploring and trying new things

We are constantly exploring and trying new things. April 21, 2014. My year without Starbucks : (Part One). Because this was my Starbucks. If you were just sitting there reading or working and didn’t have your earphone on that meant anyone could come over to talk to the pastor. I was open for business and looked forward to seeing how I could help those in my neighborhood. Oh pastor can we talk? Sure I don’t have my earphones on. My bold declaration to not drink Starbucks for a year was on. April 19, 2014.

This is the garden: colours come and go (e.e. cummings). Making do makes awesome. I love cooking. and i love trying new things. but i hate making umpteen trips to the store—and try as i might, i never seem to be able to get it all in one fail swoop. A lot of riffing on recipes. And a lot of trips to the store. A lot of ingredient-specific schemes. Sunday night, was an extremely rare occasion where i cooked an entire amazing meal without having to leave my house for a single ingredient. three cheers!

Why is it that you can feel like you’re so wonderfully in a cooking groove, and then all of a sudden find yourself in a total rut? Browse Cookbooks at your Library or a Bookstore. This time around, I was so inspired by Eating Korean. Gianna created her own version. A Growing Hope | camping, cooking, learning, and loving our way through life

Day Two of the National World War II Museum. March 24, 2015. Middot; Add Comment. When we awoke on Saturday morning, we had a quick breakfast of donuts and poptarts in our room (since our hotel didn’t offer a continental breakfast, and breakfast out for 8 people gets spendy), and then decided to walk down to the Mississippi River before the museum opened. First thing in the morning is the perfect time to sight-see. No crowds. We saw cruise ships that were enormous. What is it about kids and fountains?
