Well, I have several, but in my top 3 is definitely Beefy Tomato Macaroni. My whole family loves it and I make it probably three or four times a year. It is so simple and can be made in less than a couple of hours. I have also used ground turkey and it turns out wonderful for all of those health conscious cooks out there. Beefy Tomato Macaroni Soup. 1 large onion diced.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Cheesy Yukon Gold Scalloped Potatoes. Growing up at my house, we called these "Unfair Potatoes". Everyone always wanted the crispy part at the top, and if you weren't one of the first ones to serve yourself, you were left with the not so crispy bottom portion. So unfair! This was my first attempt at making scalloped potatoes, and they were SO good! I will definitely make these again. I followed a general recipe as a guideline, but tweaked it a little as I went along. 1 cup of milk.
