Sunday, August 29, 2010. This recipe was found on the. 2 eggs, separated. 1 1/2 cups milk. 1 unbaked pie shell. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In small bowl, mix together flour, sugar and salt. Set aside. Beat two egg yolks. Add the juice and grated rind of one lemon. Add flour mixture and continue to beat. Stir in milk. In a separate bowl, beat two egg whites until stiff but not dry.
