What is better than being cooped up inside on a cold day with a big pot of chili bubbling away on the stove? Go make yourself some chili NOW! This snow is making me bossy.). Ground Chicken (or any other meat you want! I added a carrot to sweeten things up a little bit - and it never hurts to sneak in a few extra veggies!

I'd say it was a success! The only thing I was NOT successful at? How can I have a food blog and forget to take pictures of our Easter feast? We had SO much food. And it was delicious. I am SO looking forward to leftovers! Do you have a bread machine? If not, you should get one. Now. Go ahead, I'll wait.
