From the kitchen of. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 Tbsp baking powder. 2 1/2 cups Bran Flakes. 1 1/4 cup milk. 1 cup blueberries (optional). Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In large bowl, combine Bran Flakes and milk. Let stand 2 min until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Mix.
