Inspired by my Italian Nonna and Canadian mother, I have a passion for Italian cooking and all things Italian in general. Wednesday, March 7, 2018. 2 Roma Tomatoes Core Seed and Diced. 1 Red Onion thinly sliced. 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 20 oz Ground Beef. 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Wrap garlic in foil and roast in oven until soft (about 20 min). Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and add the onion, cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper then add tomato, 2 tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar. Cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes) then set aside. (onion jam). 1/2 tsp. paprika. 1/2 tsp. oregano.

(Just google Philly cheese steak pizza and there are a TON of options! I pulled a little bit from a bunch of different recipes to create ours and it was fantastic! 1 pizza crust (homemade/store bought/etc.). 1/2 cup tomato sauce (we used 6 cheese from a jar). 2 oz cream cheese. 2 Tbsp. butter.

It was always prepared by my Nonna for Easter and Christmas lunch and in my eyes is her signature dish. Although my cousin has mastered her version, I am still working on it, so this is combination of her recipe and Guy Grossi’s from Italian Food Safari. A good mix. July 10, 2015. Mom loved everything lemon. She loved this cake. 1 white cake mix. 8 oz sour cream. 1-6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed. 3 oz cream cheese, at room temp. Mom's Microwave Chicken Parmesan. 1/2 c butter or margarine 1/3 c. saltine or butter cracker crumbs. 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 t. onion powder. 1 t dried parsley paprika.
