I started this post well over a year ago but never got around to finishing it. 1 lb spaghetti noodles/linguine. 3 Tbsp unsalted butter. 3/4 cup heavy cream. 2 Tbsp lemon zest. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/3 cup basil, finely chopped. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated. Wednesday, March 7, 2018. 2 Roma Tomatoes Core Seed and Diced. 1 Red Onion thinly sliced. 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 20 oz Ground Beef. 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Wrap garlic in foil and roast in oven until soft (about 20 min). Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and add the onion, cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper then add tomato, 2 tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar. Cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes) then set aside. (onion jam). 1/2 tsp. paprika. 1/2 tsp. oregano.

Mom's Microwave Chicken Parmesan. 1/2 c butter or margarine 1/3 c. saltine or butter cracker crumbs. 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 t. onion powder. 1 t dried parsley paprika.
