Chicken with olives and Capers. 250ml (1 cup) olice oil. 6 chicken maryland (leg and thigh pieces on the bone). 1 large red onion, finely chopped. 90g (1/2 cup) small salted capers, rinsed. 100g (1/2 cup) pitted green olives. 250g (1 cup) white wine. 4 tomatoes, diced. 500ml (2 cups) chicken stock. Cover the casserole with a lid or foil and bake for an hour. Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes. 3 tbp olive oil.

Wednesday, March 7, 2018. 2 Roma Tomatoes Core Seed and Diced. 1 Red Onion thinly sliced. 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 20 oz Ground Beef. 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Wrap garlic in foil and roast in oven until soft (about 20 min). Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and add the onion, cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper then add tomato, 2 tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar. Cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes) then set aside. (onion jam). 1/2 tsp. paprika. 1/2 tsp. oregano.
