Wednesday, March 7, 2018. 2 Roma Tomatoes Core Seed and Diced. 1 Red Onion thinly sliced. 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 20 oz Ground Beef. 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Wrap garlic in foil and roast in oven until soft (about 20 min). Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and add the onion, cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper then add tomato, 2 tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar. Cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes) then set aside. (onion jam). 1/2 tsp. paprika. 1/2 tsp. oregano.
