Co-Owner and Head Coach. He is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Carleton Ravens Men’s’ Basketball team and has been with the team through its 12 National Championships. Andy was a Coach with the L’Usine CrossFit team that competed at the 2012 CrossFit Games, and the NCR CrossFit team that placed 4th at the 2013 Canada East Regionals.
