Sessions are run Monday to Friday throughout the day as well as every Saturday morning. Make sure you arrive at least 15mins before the session begins to allow enough time to warm up and stretch. Off street parking is available. Saturday: Oly Lifting skill session 6am then Group CrossFit wod 7:30am. Come in any time, or call us to arrange an intro session. Intro session is always free! Full unlimited crossfit - $175 per month. 10 session pass - $150. Casual visit - $20 per session. Personal training sessions (By appointment only) - $40 per half hour.
