Thursday, June 9, 2011. Another 2 in 1. 30 minute cindy I guess. Every minute for 30 minutes. Had to do 3,6,9 as my watch died and I know it takes. Roughly 30secs per set. Counted out rest time and went. Again Not an exact science but kiiler all the same. Today was running cindy. Managed to beat Johns last time, unfortunately so. Need to measure run as I think it's a little short. But still couldn't breath very well after it. To make things worse gym staff stood and watched. June 18, 2011 at 10:59 AM.
