Do 21 reps of movement A) followed immediately by movement B) , then do the same with 15 and 9 reps of each movement, there is no break between these movement's. Record your time, and re test at the end of four weeks. A)Squats (your hip must go below your knee when you are going for depth). And repeat in 4 week's.
