I wanted to document each day of my “Whole 30 Challenge.” I got a little side tracked and have not been keeping up with my blog. I am going to change that! Tomorrow is the half way point for the nutrition challenge. This weekend was a MAJOR cooking weekend for me! I wanted to try new things and eat some of my favorites! This is definitely a recipe everyone should try! I also made Paleo buffalo chicken dip!

Today was the first day of the Nutrition Challenge! The first day isn’t that bad. I’ve done it before so I know what to expect. I think the hardest part about Paleo is lunch. He had asked me to go to the store to see if I can replicate a local restaurant’s recipe. I was too lazy to go to the store, so decided to snoop around the pantry to see what we had available.
