I know it sounds silly, but it’s nice to listen to comforting, fun songs while you’re miserable at work. It brings some happiness back into life! Last week, after I finished rocking. Both parts of A Whole New World from Aladdin, a song from Mary Poppins comes onit was A Spoonful of Sugar. In every job that must be done.

2 Girls 2 Coasts. 21 Day Superhero Challenge! January 22, 2014. 3 weeks ago I signed up for this thing called the 21 day superhero challenge. It was this pretty cool, exciting, challenging no sugar detox (i.e. a Paleo diet) for 3 weeks. What was it exactly? Why did I do it? How did it go? As the challenge went on, I started noticing how many things had sugar as an added ingredient. Sugar is everywhere! I think I have had more vegetables in these 3 weeks than I have had in my entire life. What did I eat?
