He had asked me to go to the store to see if I can replicate a local restaurant’s recipe. I was too lazy to go to the store, so decided to snoop around the pantry to see what we had available. Luckily, I found these pancit. I used one blog for reference on how to prepare the sauce for the pad-thai ( http:/ www.rachelcooksthai.com/home/2011/02/pad-see-ew.html. 2 tbsp oyster sauce.

Lately I’ve been reflecting more and more on my life, how quickly time passes, and who I am at age 37 vs. who I thought I would be or wanted to be.
