Roasted bell pepper and in canned ones. And must use all tis method to cook the menu out. Which included oven roasted,pan-sealed,deep fry,sautee,poaching and boiling. Tat's seem tough for the pastry ppl like us. But we still did a good job. Though he ask us not to be serious and have fun.
