Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Hey i came to blog. Wat we have done on the 15 november 07. Our tutor given us an interesting stuff to do. Is tat we need to plan out a menu using some ingrediendts:. Roasted bell pepper and in canned ones. And must use all tis method to cook the menu out. Which included oven roasted,pan-sealed,deep fry,sautee,poaching and boiling. Tat's seem tough for the pastry ppl like us. But we still did a good job. Though he ask us not to be serious and have fun.

Thursday, October 18, 2007. Hahathis is my first post for my first ever blog.what i see in myself 5 years down the road? As for why i choose to follow the cruise ship in another consideration is that because my dad is in the shipping line and he was once a captain of the cruise.He gave me some advise about working in the cruise ship.Its a great experience for me if i can follow the cruise ship as they do things differently and at the same time we get to roam all over the world. Friday, October 26, 2007. 160g - Bread flour, sifted. 1 Boil water, salt and sugar in a sauce pan ensuring the butter has completely melted. 2 Stir in sifted flour with the aid of a wooden spatula. Cook over a low heat until mixture leaves the dides of pan. (Ballin up). 3 Beat in eggs one by one till the correct consistency is achieved. 4 Pipe desired shapes onto a greased and slightly floured baking tray. 5 Baking at 200 - 220ºC. Bake till golden colour and products can be plucked from the tray.

Welcome TO My WORLD. Friday, October 19, 2007. My master pieces,About me, My Ambition, And my goal. Fa Fa majoh cake. Diploma in pastry and baking course on January. 2007 intake. Why? When I was a kids I love to eat cakes, pastry. Don't know from when I started to have interest in reading books about pastry. And baking, and watch cakes or dessert. Sometime i also try out some recipe at home but the end product normally end out to be disaster. This is why i joined SHATEC. After I graduate from SHATEC.
