The Life of a Fat Runner. 101 things in 1001 days. Day 27 – The road is long. So I had my follow up appointment with the Memorial University Crowd. It was interesting and confirmed what I know already. I had gained weight over the winter. Currently I sit at 6 kilos over where I was in October when I had my initial appointment. I would venture to guess that I was as much as 12 kilos over that at my highest point in the off season. A little factoid for those of you who don’t know this. Losing weight is hard.
