Fitness, Food and Whatever Else. October 15, 2013. Yogurt Isn’t Boring. I usually get questions about what I eat for breakfast and if it ever gets boring. Typically after I name yogurt as a breakfast item I get kickback on how boring it is. My yogurt isn’t boring though. I use a plain Greek yogurt and I add honey, fruit, nuts, seeds… basically whatever I have on hand and what sounds good at the time.
