Monday, June 27, 2011. Remember I feel better. I often find myself having to force myself to go and exercise. I don't want to get up, or I don't feel like doing it then. I'm good at procrastinating. Why do I do this? I feel better when I exercise, I have a better outlook on life and I enjoy it once I get there. I guess I just have to keep reminding myself I really do like it. You would think it would be easier to do something that's good for me and I enjoy. Maybe someday it will be. All I can say is WOW!

When I say on the road again, I literally mean it! I have great support at home with my husband and kids. My husband is doing great and keeping me motivated when I get discouraged.
