Az erőnléti gyakorlatokat, nyomásokat, guggolásokat meghagyom a terembe… Így heti 3x eljárok edzőterembe. 2011 január 11. Categories: edzés. Ma megismételtem itthon a tegnapi tesztet. Ballal kezdtem. Bal/Jobb: 18/17 Nem sokkal jobb teljesítmény…. Addig nem nyugszok, amíg 50 nem lesz összesen:). Ritkán szoktam beteg lenni....
