The Story of Us. Saturday, February 28, 2015. Another snow fall this week. We borrowed the neighbors snow shovel for the driveway. As payment, Jens shoveled her driveway too. Kale shoveled the neighbors driveway across the street for the use of their sled. I looked out the window and he was another house down the street shoveling the sidewalk! The lady of the house was so impressed she gave him $3 and some candy. And the nice guy he is, Mark shoveled the driveway of two widows on the street. Ahhh.

March 29, 2013. My amazing husband left New Orleans Wednesday night and got back to Cleveland around 2:45pm Thursday. He wasn't supposed to be home until Easter. I feel like the luckiest girl ever and I was SO surprised! He called me up and told me that he needed a confirmation code from Boards Part 1 and told me to call him back once I found it. A couple minutes later I called him back to give him the code. He told me to bring the paper to the front door and there he was! So until next time!

Mark & Marie - Home

Marie is now 31 weeks pregnant and doing great, though she is now home on bedrest (which basically means staying home as much as possible, resting a lot, and not doing too much.) I mistakenly thought it meant lying down in bed 24 hours a day. Apparently not. However, we now have more clothes for newborns and 0-6 months than we can probably use. The Dog's Breakfast

Friday, June 23, 2017. So much has happened. Still, I'm posting here more for the sake of historical record than because I'm inspired to write. You take what you can get I guess. We've found a house (in Milton) and moved in, and are mostly settled. We have a car (Volkswagen Golf) and have taken a few excursions in it. We've already had two getaways by plane - to Toulouse in France, and to Tenerife. Both were lovely. Marjorie has a job lined up but is waiting for final approval. Friday, January 27, 2017.
