Tuesday, January 18, 2011. The Only Way of Finding the Limits of the Possible is by Going Beyond the Impossible". My week has started of great! My clean eating and excerise is going smooth. I woke up this morning feel light and refreshed. The only thing that has me down is the Florida Real Estate exam. I have failed by one point! As always here is my eating for today ( I will post as I consume). Meal One: 6 Eggs Whites with deli turkey and onions, banana, water. Meal Two: protein shake. How I'm Losing It.

Monday, January 17, 2011. I had a great weekend. My cold did not totally ruin my weekend! I went to the Everyglades with my son and husband and hiked. It was beautiful. Today I start my new goal which is "Earn your Carbs". I have done this before my pregnancy when I was doing Fitness competitions and I was very successful with this program. Here is an article to better explain:. Meal One: 6 Egg white and one Yolk with onions and green peppers., 1/2 cup of grapes, cup of skim milk. Meal Two: Protein Shake.

Friday, January 14, 2011. This whole week I have been doing cardio. I skipped a whole week of gym due to my real estate class and I just wanted to get my cardio back up before I started hitting the weights. Today I have my Florida Real Estate Exam and I am super nervous! Only 40% of people pass the first time! Each week I will be adding a goal. For next week, my goal will be to earn my carbs as well as start mt weight training. I will explain later what "earn you carbs" means. January 14, 2011 at 9:35 AM.

My Fitness Journey

This is where I will keep track of my fitness progress as I make changes, participate in challenges, and continue on the journey to get physically fit. Monday, October 26, 2009. Jogging, Training, and double YUCK! My personal training has been doing good. I've been doing 2 sessions a week then having one day of doing it on my own. So far I feel good and like I'm making progress. I've increased weight on everything and a rep on the planks. I think I've toned up a bit as well! Now for the double yuck!

So about a mont and a half ago I hit a plateau on my diet, stuck at 229. About 46 lbs down but the scale didn’t move for a couple of weeks. So I decided to give it a shot. I figured what the hell. I’m already plateauing, worse case it doesn’t work and I keep searching. Since 4-6 days was the point at which glycogen would be depleted, I decided I would go for the low end of that spectrum and go 4 days low carb, 1 day high carb for my cycles. Posted 3 years ago. Whether or not you're a believer. just say "Amen". Okay, Musa, you're right. I should stop procrastinating and start writing the whole story. And you're probably right when you say once it's published, people will say it's a great book. A novel, actually. Who knows? I might even get that prize I'm dreaming of. It feels good, Musa. It feels really good. I'm a free woman and I make my decisions freely. I don't let the spirit of anger decide for me. I accept what has happened. I let go of all the pain.
