Thursday, April 2, 2009. Days 5, 6, and 7. Day 5: Legs and Back. I didn't do very well on these. I was so tired on the legs that I just did what I could until I couldn't do anymore which was with about 25 minutes left in the video. As far as back goes I hate doing pull-ups with a chair but for now it's all I can do. I missed on this day. Day 7: Rest or Stretch. I figure God rested on the seventh day soooo. Just what are those Woods up to? April 3, 2009 at 7:15 AM. I'm sure you're doing great!

Friday, April 10, 2009. Here are just some quick updates. Day 71 - Chest and Back and AB Ripper X -. I actually hurt myself doing this exercise. Close to the middle of the video there was a sharp painful burn where my tendon connects to the inside of my elbow. I hurt it doing diamond push ups. I tried to do a few more push ups. Saturday, April 18, 2009. 3 days to go. Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X- Ouch. I worked really hard and I can tell this last week will be difficult. Push Ups and pull ups and lots of them. Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X- My abs are sore my arms are sore and here I am doing the workout and trying not to die. I am still alive (but barely). My P90X Experience

A daily journal of my experience of completing the 90 day program. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Ok folks, it has been a while since I have worked out. I was able to power through the first two strength programs, chest/back and arms/shoulders without too much trouble. However, I did the legs/back routine today; wow did I pay the piper for not maintaining my conditioning. I am already dreading the ensuing pain from today's workout for the rest of the week. Pain is temporary pride is forever. 9 Mar 09 Day 60.
