Harry then begins to hallucinate that owls are bringing him letters, when in reality this is far more likely these letters are from a social worker who found out Harry was living under the stairs! Best course of treatment for Harry would probably be antipsychotics as well as a support group to ensure he stays on them as side effects from these drugs can be nasty*.
