Luis & Fab's RV-7A Construction Log
Luis and Fab's RV-7A Construction Log. What's an RV? Think of a sports car, except when you pull on the wheel, the sports car does nothing! 8211; We have a tail and wings! November 5th, 2016. Ok, a couple more years have gone by, but there has definitely been progress in this little project. The wings are mounted temporarily, but all critical holes have been drilled, flaps have been fitted, and ailerons have been test-fitted, too. Lots of things still to do, roughly in this order:. I’m not dead yet!

RV-8 Garage
Joe's RV-8 Project. Rudder Trailing Edge Bend. Last night I was able to work on a the rudder a little bit before the Royals wild card game (we won! The big thing I needed to do before I could cleco everythign together and do my final drilling was to bend the trailing edge. To do this, Van’s has you build a home made brake out of some lumber.
