Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Hey i came to blog. Wat we have done on the 15 november 07. Our tutor given us an interesting stuff to do. Is tat we need to plan out a menu using some ingrediendts:. Roasted bell pepper and in canned ones. And must use all tis method to cook the menu out. Which included oven roasted,pan-sealed,deep fry,sautee,poaching and boiling. Tat's seem tough for the pastry ppl like us. But we still did a good job. Though he ask us not to be serious and have fun.

Wednesday, October 24, 2007. Singapore's longest lasagna has raised S$33,000 and earned a place in the Singapore Book of Records. It took over 190 staff of Italian restaurant Prego to cook and assemble the masterpiece. Part of them also come from. And temasek poly students.
