Thursday, January 10, 2013. 2 years ago today. Two years ago today the Critter made her entrance into our life. Butt first, peeing all over the doctor before issuing a hearty wail. I remember it clearly, waiting for that wail. The signal that it just might all be ok, finally, for once. Here we are, 2 full years later. The Critter has become, as we have told her now, "no longer a baby, now you're a big girl! Today is a lucky day. Just as it was two years ago. Luckiest day of my life. Hope all is well!

Monday, April 30, 2012. I did my second depot loopyron shot this morning. Good morning, tush! Here's something that will make you hot and sweaty, followed by cold and clammy! Eh, whatever. It is done, which means I am now on the countdown to estrogen! May 30th can't come soon enough. Not too often. So I'm shopping in my closet, and come across these black dress pants that would work, if only they would fit. I try them on - and they do! Maybe even a little big! How exciting is that? Tuesday, May 7, 2013. I'm home. So happy to be back home. That was a hard trip for me to take alone, given my state of uncertainty. Friendly little handicapped puppy. It had a broken leg, and was being cared for by the staff there. Adrie begged and begged for days to take that puppy home. I still haven't heard the end of it. Like how those chicks will grow up to lay eggs in 6-8 weeks! They brought out a package of marshmallow Peeps for each of my kids!
