Thursday, May 21, 2015. 5/21/2015 4:58 AM (UTC-05:00). Partly cloudy; 74.2 °F. 60' @ 132 ± 5 bpm. Couldn't stay slow enough to keep heart rate down. Wondering if weather conditions are increasing the load this much. Temperatures and humidity are up but certainly aren't oppressive yet. Hamstring barely manifest. Please note that the Running and Racing Group will continue with “bonus” workouts well into the Fall…basically until it’s dark. 8211; 5:45PM – walk 1min, jog 6min, repeat 5 times for a total of 35mins. 8211; 5:45PM – creative mix walking/jogging/running/sprinting…60-70 mins.
