Sunday, March 14, 2010. More on Those Anoying Little Stickers on Fruits and Vegetables! Until today I found nothing good about those annoying little stickers you find on fruits and vegetables. Today I found out that you can use these stickers to check them against the sign that gives the price and says if a fruit/vegetable is organic or commercial. Friday, September 18, 2009. Grapes into Grape Juice. Yum! Bruce Damer and Galen Brandt. Are my neighbors and they are living off their land more and more each year. Today I visited them and we picked loads of grapes that I will turn into phyto-nutrient rich juice tonight before I retire for the evening. I will make the juice with my 25 year old Champion Juicer. It's easy to do. Just wash the grapes. Take them off their stem and send them through the juicer. It goes very fast! Thanks Bruce and Galen!

See May 2009 posting) . 1 cup raw unhulled buckwheat. Cups dried shredded coconut, unsweetened. 2 cups raw walnuts, almonds or other nuts, soaked 12 to 24 hours, drain and rinse. 1 cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked 6 to 12 hours, drain and rinse. 1 cup mesquite powder, optional.
