Thursday, June 25, 2015. Cheesy Ranch Pasta and Sausage in a Skillet. 1/2 lb. Kielbasa, sliced and halved. 8 oz dry pasta. 2 Tbl ranch seasoning mix. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 C shredded cheese (I used half cheddar and half Parmesan - yummy). Heat oil, and saute sausage lightly. Add remaining ingredients, except the cheese, and bring to a boil.
