I confess to them that I wasn't born with abs or big shoulders either, I worked for it and I struggled with my body image too. I still do, but when I let go of the comparisons, I feel better about myself and other people as well. Sometimes it helps them, sometimes it doesn't. They have fat or small days too, the high up the ladder you go, the more insecure people get. Who is this guy?
