Dinner I went to McCormick and Schmicks and got gluten free mussels to go. They came with bread.which i would have liked to devour, but the lady noticed (b/c she remember me saying no bread) and had them make me a new one - plus I got a $10 gift card for their mess up. Adapting Paleo/Primal eating into my lifestyle. Post 30 day challenge. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Breakfast: a few pieces of bacon, water. Made my own "sandwich". No bread. Had roast beef, portabello mushrooms, tomato and avocado. Ate about 2/3 of it. Snack: Leftover "sandwich" stuff. WOD: Practiced some DUs, did a 400M warm up run. Then the plan was to do: 10 rounds (5 DU, 5 HSPU), Got through the DU's and did 35 HSPU's and 15 knee push ups. So much for working on DU's! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Adapting Paleo/Primal eating into my lifestyle. Post 30 day challenge. Wednesday, August 17, 2011. 3×2 @ 80% of 1RM Clean - Did 65#. 3×3 @ 90% of 1RM Clean - Did 85#. 15-12-9 REPS FOR TIME OF:. Weak Sauce here. Started out at 75# and then dropped to 65# after the first round. Tweaked my back which is currently feeling like sh*t. Total time of 13:29. Not thrilled. Had 1/2 a deviled egg when I got home and smashed some water and advil. Lunch: 3 deviled eggs (1.5 whole eggs). Weekend Recap - Day 22/23.

Wednesday, January 26, 2011. A weekend in food pictures. I went to San Antonio this past weekend to visit J. We had a blast, did lots of talking and snuggling, and ate some amazing food (both home and restaurant cooked! So for your drooling pleasure, I thought Id post some of the pictures. Rachel and I cooked this the evening before I left: baked chicken thighs and onions in a chipotle cilantro sauce, topped with tomatoes, avocados, and goat cheese. We made this recipe totally up!
