Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. December 5, 2012. Reflecting on our first CSA (community-supported agriculture) season, I think I can call the venture a success. Even my husband, who was lukewarm to the idea, looks forward to the weekly boxes and has praised the quality of the produce. I’ve also been impressed by the variety. Fruit has included rhubarb, strawberries, elderberries (! Raspberries watermelon, cantaloupe and more varieties of tomatoes than I can name. Corn on the cob: It’...

Today I am featuring a truly delicioso recipe for quinoa stuffed peppers that I found while searching good old vegetariantimes.com.
