Okay, so I got a little grief this morning in nutrition class about the fact that I haven't blogged so I bit the bullet, pulled out the folder and am trying to figure this out. It took a good hour to understand how to follow your blogs, but I think I am learning. It's a start, and I will do better. July 29, 2010 at 1:05 PM. Having a group that I am working along side, and knowing there are others well aware of where I am and what I should be doing does helps me stay with the program. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. I went in for my first training session on Wednesday. We did cardio workout on the bicycle, treadmill, and elliptical. We also did a whole bunch of different weight workouts. It was a good work out! I look forward to being pushed by my trainer to go further than I think I can. I look forward to the morning for the nutrition class. I think eating is going to be my biggest problem. I am going to take good notes and see what I can do to make my eating habits better.

I'll admit my body felt its age today. Between my bone spur, sore hip and shin, I wasn't looking forward to my workout, especially after Monday. I can't believe how it kicks my butt when I do jog, but hey I'm doing it! I did renew my gym membership and plan to continue my workouts, and increase my intensity. Dang, I do love those ABS classes!
