I did 2 bar muscle ups…did not string together, but still happy to have done them. Problem is now I have a huge bruise under my bra line…is this normal? I guess I need to work on not hitting so hard? Today I surpassed my goal that I set for 2014 for a 1 rep max of 300 lbs on the back squat. My 1 rm today was 305 lbs! My previous 1 rm was 285. I’m on cloud nine! New Year Blah Blah Blahs. 2014 Goals (specific to training):. Do each week of the CrossFit Open. Squat 300 lbs 1RM (currently 285). 1 muscle up (currently 0😛 ). Am I the worst blogger ever?

CrossFit Contessa in Progress. My journey to a better me, for me, and for my family! Annie (Double unders and situps, 50-40-30-20-10). Actually, the workout is posted here. On my gym’s site. I did get a PR, my double underS were pretty good. I rested too much between rounds and my situps were okay. Not super, but okay. I didn’t stop, they were just slower than I want. Thursday, May 20, 2010. ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: GD. GD has been training at CFSC. For 2yrs now and in that time he has gone from your ordinary accountant to a good hard CrossFitter. GD would be one of our most consistent. Athletes that come to CFSC. He has never missed a day of training. Even when GD went up North for a fishing trip he drop into CF T ownsville. And dropped a session there. If anyone deserves ATW. It's GD, well done mate. Not to sure he could run that far. Squat clean- I don't think so.
