Today I surpassed my goal that I set for 2014 for a 1 rep max of 300 lbs on the back squat. My 1 rm today was 305 lbs! My previous 1 rm was 285. I’m on cloud nine! I did get a PR, my double underS were pretty good. I rested too much between rounds and my situps were okay. Not super, but okay. I didn’t stop, they were just slower than I want. GD would be one of our most consistent. Athletes that come to CFSC. He has never missed a day of training. Even when GD went up North for a fishing trip he drop into CF T ownsville. And dropped a session there. If anyone deserves ATW. It's GD, well done mate. Not to sure he could run that far. Squat clean- I don't think so.
