カウントダウン 1☆ PCP hardest day was finished! 今日のメニューはすごくhard。 でもやりがいのあるメニュー☆. 確かに毎日きつい。。。 . 今日workoutの最中、Patrickに「くみこ、腕立てが出来るようになってるじゃないか☆以前は全く出来なかったのに!!」と言われた。 ほんとだ。 出来てる。 縄跳びだって。 以前は500回でフーフー言ってたのに、いまや2600回くらい飛んでいる。 12288; ・XO脚が改善された。 12288; ・顔が小さくなった。 12288; ・ヒップアップ効果、上向きに☆そしてヒップの下のお肉が取れた。 12288; ・ウエストのくびれ. 12288; ・今まで断固拒否していたスカートをはくようになった。 12288; ・バレエに役立っている。バランスがとりやすい。 12288; ・持久力が付いたのか疲れにくくなった。 12288; ・汗をかくお陰でお肌の調子が良くなった。 12288; ・精神的に強くなった(笑. 卒業式☆ 無事に卒業!!!! カウントダウン 2☆ コーヒー. あと三週間。。。

I had an incident that left me with a slight concission and a huge knot on my head and the rest of the week out of the office (unPCP related).
