The Peak Condition Project - Carole Dockree: Guilty Pleasures
http://thepeakconditionproject-carole.blogspot.com/2009/03/guilty-pleasures.html
Friday, March 6, 2009. The easiest thing about PCP is diving into some of my guilty pleasures. of which I have so many. Like listening to music I usually would be embarrassed to have on my ipod, like the new Brittany Spears album, awesome beats for working out. Last night was the season finale and they were in the top 2, but ended up losing to quest crew :(. Sounds like a new hobby coming on? March 7, 2009 at 8:34 AM. March 8, 2009 at 3:22 PM. The Peak Condition Project - Carole Dockree: Upper Dorsimus
http://thepeakconditionproject-carole.blogspot.com/2009/02/upper-dorsimus.html
Wednesday, February 25, 2009. I can't really think of anything really interesting to blog about right now but I think that is sort of the point, the excitement has worn off with the "newness" and it has become routine. I eat pretty much similar things for breakfast and dinner and I try to make something more interesting for lunch. It reminds me of that scene in Anchorman:. Oh, that's a deep burn! Muscle, that connects to the upper . dorsimus. It's boring, but it's part of my life.".

The Peak Condition Project - Carole Dockree: Day 46
http://thepeakconditionproject-carole.blogspot.com/2009/03/day-46.html
Tuesday, March 3, 2009. So we are just over half way, can you believe it! I can't. Secretly by now I was hoping to love exercise. Hate french fries and to have somehow achieved health enlightenment. It's a beautiful place where doughnuts look unappetizing. And after a long day at work you just want to get home to your pull up bar). Not there yet but we'll see, for now I still have little struggles in my mind about leaving the doughnuts in the case, and forcing myself to workout. Since, but I'm. The Peak ...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 122, Admitting Defeat
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-122-admitting-defeat.html
Sunday, July 20, 2008. Day 122, Admitting Defeat. Man, I just can't get these box splits. I've still got two inches to go and that's not going to be made up in the next three days, so I'm going to admit defeat right here. Sadly, I will not be doing this before the end of my Peak Condition Project. But I also enjoy the challenge and tonight I ordered a new book. About how to work with your nervous system to get the most out of your stretches. Here are some of the highlights from the table of contents:.

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 117, Remember Day 47?
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-117-remember-day-47.html
Tuesday, July 15, 2008. Day 117, Remember Day 47? That was a long time ago, 70 days to be exact. It was just after I had lost 11 pounds of fat. One of the unexpected side-effects was that I was freezing my ass off. I hadn't realized how much extra warmth that layer of fat provided. Here's a cross section showing the subcutaneous fat layer undeneath the dermis. You see how it's all spongy and bubbly? Remind you of anything? ThePeakConditionProject (at) gmail.com. July 16, 2008 at 6:57 AM. Yeah, believe it...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 113, Obesity
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-113-obesity.html
Friday, July 11, 2008. Day 113, Obesity. I like the online magazine Slate and usually cruise over there once a day to see if they've got any interesting articles running. Well tonight this is what I saw. (Click the pic to go to the story). With all the good things I've heard about WALL-E I was surprised by the headline, (which was of course the point) and as obesity and the environment are two things which really interest me, I dove right into the article even though I haven't seen the movie. Drink "cupc...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 118, There Was a Star Inside Me the Whole Time!
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-118-there-was-star-inside-me-whole.html
Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Day 118, There Was a Star Inside Me the Whole Time! All of the PCPers and I have been going on for weeks and weeks about how different we feel eating right, getting stronger, and learning how our bodies work. This project is definitely one of discovery. Some of the discoveries are just plain neato, and I've been meaning to share this one with you ever since I noticed it a few months ago after I lost all that weight. Can you see it? Starburst cartilage on chest? Anyway, I'm going...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 78, What's In the Box?
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/06/day-78-whats-in-box.html
Friday, June 6, 2008. Day 78, What's In the Box? Today Kazue gave me a mysterious box with a "Peak Condition Project" tag. Inside, it read, "Do not open until July 23rd." (The day the project ends). I've always been terrible at waiting to open presents (if it is indeed a present) especially if I have to look at the thing for a month and a half. So I thought I'd open this up to the general public to make the waiting more interesting. I'll get things started with my own comment below. A new set of nunchaku!

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 125, Finished.
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-125-finished.html
Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Day 125, Finished. This is going to be a long and in-depth post, so by all means, save reading it for an hour when you can settle in and mindfully enjoy the time it takes). About a year ago, around the time I was turning 28, this video was featured on YouTube. I smiled and laughed a little but inside I was thinking, "Dude, that's exactly how I. We are living, rather than how long. The Origins of the PCP. What exercises did I need to do? Now I needed some kind of social structure...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick Reynolds: Day 114, Immense Satisfaction
http://peakconditionproject.blogspot.com/2008/07/day-114-immense-satisfaction.html
Saturday, July 12, 2008. Day 114, Immense Satisfaction. The thing about The Peak Condition Project is that when you're up you're up. I felt strong as an ox today, and just as endurant. Taught 4 yoga classes, did my box splits, and after all that went to the gym with Chen to do hanging sit-ups using that gym's parallel bars. Post using Drunken Master. by the way the gym said we had to stop doing those because it looks like you're going to break your neck and I guess it freaked them out too much). So me an...
