Friday, January 15, 2010. Okay, so after the holidays and 8 weeks postpartum, my starting weight was 152. Today it was 149. My diet was a clean 1400-1700 calories every day. My workout was as follows:. Monday-3 mile run and 15 minutes pilates/core. Tuesday-Calisthenics/plyometrics 3 sets each of:. 115 overhead arm claps. 15 box squats with 5 lb. dumbell. 1 minute sprint at 8.0. Wednesday-3 mile run (6.0 for 3 minutes 7.5 for 1 minute=interval). With Lori's coaching and motivation, I have improved my health to the point that I no longer need my blood pressure medication. My energy level and attitude have improved dramatically. Of course, losing 10 inches doesn't hurt either. I love the variety of Lori's butt-kicking classes!
