The peak condition project Billy: day 37
http://thepeakconditionproject-billy.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-37.html
Wednesday, 6 April 2011. Swapped the skipping for a 5k run on the treadmill today, pushed it hard and was dripping with sweat at the end and had a nice swim to cool down. More pistol squats tonight, they look easy on the picture but mine are very wobbly, I imagine by the end of pcp we will be doing them like dancing cossacks but for now the support is getting some heavy leaning on! 6 April 2011 at 05:27. 6 April 2011 at 08:14. The Peak Condition Project - Mark: Plugging away
http://thepeakconditionproject-mark.blogspot.com/2011/05/plugging-away.html
Thursday, May 5, 2011. Happy to report that I've put in a textbook PCP week thus far (minus the blogging - a combination of spending too much time tapping on a keyboard during work hours at the moment and a dodgy laptop at home) and more of the same planned for the wkend. Hope all are doing well. May 5, 2011 at 9:16 AM. It always feels good to get in a perfect week! May 5, 2011 at 2:27 PM. Youll be richly rewarded for your efforts! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Peak Condition Project - Ricky: Day 88 - Two Roads
http://thepeakconditionproject-ricky.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-88-two-roads.html
Thursday, May 26, 2011. Day 88 - Two Roads. Today is a new day and it's a beautiful one at that. I slept for 8hrs last night. I also ate an egg tart . Something i wanted to write about, but Robert Frost say's it so much better . TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,. And sorry I could not travel both. And be one traveler, long I stood. And looked down one as far as I could. To where it bent in the undergrowth;. Then took the other, as just as fair,. And having perhaps the better claim,. Robert Frost, from...

The Peak Condition Project - Ricky: Day 71: Saturation....
http://thepeakconditionproject-ricky.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-71-saturation.html
Monday, May 9, 2011. Now we all have those things that we love to hate, those things that we dread, we think about, we don't wanna think about, we think about and we build up the awful nature of what it actually is, a hindrance to our overall calm state of mind. I think you all know what I'm talking about. Legs and Shoulder sessions! Seriously, it must be big, or just gets over heated easily - 'Saturation' would be an understatement! I'm off to the beach. The Peak Condition Project - Shirley: Day 68 : Love your body
http://thepeakconditionproject-shirley.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-68-love-your-body.html
Saturday, May 7, 2011. Day 68 : Love your body. So we are in the last quarter of PCP, and i'm finally beginning to see some real results! Took some photos this morning and was pleased to see a little bit of definition in my abs - nothing like 6 pack or anything but at least 2 is starting to show thru. I'm one step closer to looking like my inspiration figure Adriana Lima! More reason to LOVE 8min abs ;-) It's great to do something fun and rewarding at the same time. Will post those pics up shortly. PCP h...

The Peak Condition Project - Arianna: Day 42: 1h sleep...never felt better!
http://thepeakconditionproject-arianna.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-42-1h-sleepnever-felt-better.html
Monday, April 11, 2011. Day 42: 1h sleep.never felt better! Last night I couldn't fall asleep until 6am.too bad my alarm was set at 7 and only had an hour sleep. I could already see myself falling asleep in front of the computer. Strange enough, I had never been in better shape! I did 1200 jumps in a row for the first time since I started PCP.without even tripping on the rope, I was very impressed with myself! So better go to bed now. April 11, 2011 at 1:37 PM. April 11, 2011 at 8:06 PM. What a rock star.

The Peak Condition Project - Camilo: March 2011
http://thepeakconditionproject-camilo.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Another week has passed and everyday comments on how thin or how well I look are heard more often. Indulgence has taken place since during the weekend I wasn’t feeling well and now my girlfriend is with the flu, I’ll wait so that we can have a nice night out to a restaurant; really looking forward to it. At school I just started ob-gyn clerkship and don’t know yet if I like it yet. There is a tough thing about this one because I have an on-call night every week so I rea...I was c...

The Peak Condition Project Matt: The scales say I've lost 8.2 KGs
http://thepeakconditionproject-mattm.blogspot.com/2011/04/scales-say-ive-lost-82-kgs.html
The scales say I've lost 8.2 KGs. Which is awesome - very happy with that. I need to find some time to go through my cupboards to find old clothes. Bad news is I just pulled a 21 hour shift at work, no skipping today. But I got the job done. Back on the horse tomorrow. I'm looking forward to what the new diet has in store. And catch up on sleeeeeeeeeep. April 11, 2011 at 4:47 PM. Great effort on the weightloss dude, but I really think you should make more of an effort at the office. Matt this is great!
