I felt very guilty after a whole week-end of indulgence and no-workout so yesterday I increased my jumprope to 30min which was "nice and easy" and on top of that I finally tried the legen-wait for it-dary 8mins abs video and it definitely went "nicely and easely"! The guy is a legend, so 90s! And after few sets I am exhausted! So today getting to failure point wasn't difficult but had to force myself beyond that point otherwise I would've gave up at rep #5!

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Day 29: Another week gone by. Can't believe it has already been 4 weeks since we all signed up for this adventure. Time flies and for once-I'm glad! Exercises are getting tougher and tougher but I feel my body is getting fitter and fitter which couldn't be better! Da Vinci today were very tough, I couldn't lift my arms all the way anymore after the first 10! The rope is becoming my BFF, we get along pretty well now-we jump, we play, we swept together! Tuesday, April 12, 2011. I'll brief as I have a plane to catch in a couple of hours. Yesterday the sets almost killed me! The lunges after the floor jumps and then the planks after all of the above.ha! Today ain't no better.so better get to it before it's too late! Will packed my jumprope, my extensive band and my scale. Happy (or not) to know I have a gym in my building waiting for me! I don't know how I'm goign to do on the plane.maybe just eat less. Wednesday, 6 April 2011. Swapped the skipping for a 5k run on the treadmill today, pushed it hard and was dripping with sweat at the end and had a nice swim to cool down. Thursday, 14 April 2011. And just in time for day 45 - the half way mark. First day of going full out on all the exercises following a crazy bout of the flu - and four days of inactivity. I'm thinking it was similar to a mini-vacation and now its fifth gear for the second half. Sunday, July 17, 2011. My next endeavor is to train for a half triathlon, 2 more months for that, that should keep me burning fat and get my cardio in shape, and maybe burn the rest of the belly off.
