Thursday, 31 March 2011. April fools day . Missed some skipping but think we did more than enough cardio, managed to keep fairly well to the diet principles although the timings of everything and snacking all went out the window but everything eaten was pretty much pcp as I took a bumper load of fruit and carrots and tomatoes on the trip this time. So now I have 2 weeks of uninterrupted time in Singapore so I should be able to stick 100% to the game plan before we go on Holiday to Europe for Easter,.

Soo halfway there , this weeks weigh in and stats were a bit of a disappointment , I thought I did a great week but only .8kgs and .5% fat loss, was hoping for twice as much. Ho Hum. Patrick is right the motivation is starting to dwindle a bit now,and just as I leave for two weeks holiday in Europe, I have a week of my mothers cooking in the UK and then a week in the south of France so its going to be a double whammy of temptations! 13 April 2011 at 22:30.

Monday, April 11, 2011. Day 42: 1h sleep.never felt better! Last night I couldn't fall asleep until 6am.too bad my alarm was set at 7 and only had an hour sleep. I could already see myself falling asleep in front of the computer. Strange enough, I had never been in better shape! I did 1200 jumps in a row for the first time since I started PCP.without even tripping on the rope, I was very impressed with myself! So better go to bed now. April 11, 2011 at 1:37 PM. Thursday, 14 April 2011. And just in time for day 45 - the half way mark. First day of going full out on all the exercises following a crazy bout of the flu - and four days of inactivity. I'm thinking it was similar to a mini-vacation and now its fifth gear for the second half. So here are some of the cool things I have noticed after 45 days of a great diet and exercise. 1 My belt is three holes in from when I started. 2 I can get through my 75 minute tennis lesson without gasping for air at the end.

Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Day 71: "Nice and Easy". I felt very guilty after a whole week-end of indulgence and no-workout so yesterday I increased my jumprope to 30min which was "nice and easy" and on top of that I finally tried the legen-wait for it-dary 8mins abs video and it definitely went "nicely and easely"! The guy is a legend, so 90s! And after few sets I am exhausted! So today getting to failure point wasn't difficult but had to force myself beyond that point otherwise I would've gave up at rep #5!

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Day 90 - End of Days - the result. Its all done and dusted, and I have to say PCP produced better results than I was expecting. The program got the one part of my fitness/health lifestyle into some level of control. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Total Body Fat -24%. Visceral Fat -14.5%. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal. Muscle Mass - 34.0%. Subcutaneous Fat - 16.2%.
