Saturday, July 30, 2011. Workouts getting harder and longer. Doing 4 sets of leg lifts the Plank then 8 min abs is killer. 15 sec brakes aren't enough for me so wait till I catch my breath then hit them again. Floor jumps are easy at first then on the last set I can't gather enough energy to jump so do it in slow motion. I am laughing will doing these as I feel so helpless. Funny thing is within a month I am probably in better shape than going to the gym for 13 years! What a waist of time. Amazing the ch...

Work has been really busy and I have been sticking to the diet and exercises - but occasionally I have been substituting in 30 minutes of brisk walking rather than skipping. I'm down 14 kilos and hovering around the 20% bodyfat mark. I think what I need now is more cardio. I should get back into the skipping since I believe the diet is designer for someone who is skipping everyday - not someone who is skipping skipping so to speak. Day 85 - Home stretch.

The program got the one part of my fitness/health lifestyle into some level of control. There were days where cravings got the better of me, and I had a bit of chocolate here and a beer there, but for the most part I stayed the course. Total Body Fat -24%. Visceral Fat -14.5%. Basal Metabolism - 2024 cal. Muscle Mass - 34.0%. Subcutaneous Fat - 16.2%.
