Thursday, September 22, 2011. Day 83 - The cake is a. Yesterday had an office party where we had not 1, not 2, not 3, but at least 4 cakes. Few of them were even ice cream cakes. Did I say ice cream cake. If not because I'm in the final stretch I would definitely have thrown the PCP diet out the window and dug in! Only a week left to go. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Day 88 - Random thoughts. Holy crap I only have a few days left! Just some random thoughts that didn't get posted before here:. Egg sandwich with tomatoes, avocado, shallots, lime juice, and a little black pepper. This is seriously the divine breakfast and turned me into a breakfast believer! Seems like she's mentioning the same thing. Runs in the family? Favorite food that's banned in PCP:. There are so many I don't even know where to begin! Glad I'm living in the Bay Area!

Tuesday, 6 September 2011. Day 68 - A Plateau. Work has been really busy and I have been sticking to the diet and exercises - but occasionally I have been substituting in 30 minutes of brisk walking rather than skipping. I'm down 14 kilos and hovering around the 20% bodyfat mark. I think what I need now is more cardio. I should get back into the skipping since I believe the diet is designer for someone who is skipping everyday - not someone who is skipping skipping so to speak. Day 85 - Home stretch.

I've been able to bounce gradually from my cold of last week and felt about 90% of my regular strength yesterday. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. The T 7 Final Post. First of all, thanks to Patrick and Chen. PCP's been a great experience and I certainly feel I met my goal of getting into good shape. Some observations after 1 week off the diet:. Most restaurant food is more of a sauce than a food. What I mean is it's generally full of fat and has no fiber whatsoever. You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too.
