Monday, September 12, 2011. Day 73-74: Catching up! Nothing much to say. Did my workouts tonight after dinner as I didn't find the strength to get it done in the morning. Some days I see direct effects of the PCP on my body, some days I don't. But overall it is all good. I am cheating a bit with the food as I am adding the Japanese tastes that I missed soooo much but other than that all ok. Let's keep it up! A bit of empathy to all of you:. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Day 30-31: getting tougher! Not that much to say except that it seems to take me more will power to get the workouts done when I wake up. As much as possible I want to get them done first thing in the day. Somehow in the week ends it is slightly more difficult as I could leave myself the choice to do it anytime in the day. Having said that, workouts are done for the week end. Friday, July 29, 2011. Day 28-29: Fully Indulged! Here we go, first indulgence done! And it was good!

Thursday, September 8, 2011. Day 68-69-70: Another week down! I am not sure whether I should frown knowing that there are only 20 days left to the PCP. I am not even sure about the "only" here. These 20 days might actually be the longest of the program, don't they? The skipping is becoming my new "free your mind" thing. Mix it with a bit of yoga and you are good. I just skip in the morning as I wake up and it's a good way to stimulate my body while my mind is still dreaming. Anyway we are not there yet.

Tuesday, 6 September 2011. Day 68 - A Plateau. Work has been really busy and I have been sticking to the diet and exercises - but occasionally I have been substituting in 30 minutes of brisk walking rather than skipping. I'm down 14 kilos and hovering around the 20% bodyfat mark. I think what I need now is more cardio. I should get back into the skipping since I believe the diet is designer for someone who is skipping everyday - not someone who is skipping skipping so to speak. Day 85 - Home stretch.

I've been able to bounce gradually from my cold of last week and felt about 90% of my regular strength yesterday. You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too.
