Tuesday, August 2, 2011. Day 34 Shorts fell down! Alright, when I signed up for the PCP I was told to buy a scale, bands, push up bars, pull up bar and maybe a yoga mat. There was no mention of buying new cloths in advance! All of my shorts are so big they don't stay on, I mean fall right off! We have 2 more months so should I buy some cheap transition cloths? Tuesday, 6 September 2011. Day 68 - A Plateau. Work has been really busy and I have been sticking to the diet and exercises - but occasionally I have been substituting in 30 minutes of brisk walking rather than skipping. I'm down 14 kilos and hovering around the 20% bodyfat mark. I think what I need now is more cardio. I should get back into the skipping since I believe the diet is designer for someone who is skipping everyday - not someone who is skipping skipping so to speak. Day 85 - Home stretch.

Friday, September 16, 2011. Ugly Mugs and Iwashi Burgers. Less than two weeks left now. I've been able to bounce gradually from my cold of last week and felt about 90% of my regular strength yesterday. I'll be back to full-power this weekend which I'll need to tackle the longer jump-rope sessions and greater number of reps. Uploading this week's pic into Flickr.
